GreenEye provides SaaS-based ESG monitoring and reporting tools for Generative AI workloads. Our platform offers:

• Real-time monitoring of energy consumption, water usage, and CO₂ emissions per AI workload
• Compliance reporting for ESG, CSRD, and GHG Protocol standards
• AI prompt optimization recommendations to reduce environmental impact
• Data visualization and analytics dashboards

As a user of GreenEye, you agree to:

Estimates and Calculations: ESG calculations provided by GreenEye are estimates based on industry research, academic literature, and publicly available data. While we strive for accuracy, actual energy consumption and emissions may vary based on specific infrastructure, hardware, and operational conditions.

Use as Guidance: Results should be used as guidance and directional indicators rather than absolute measurements. We recommend validating critical metrics with your infrastructure provider when precise measurements are required.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that our calculations will match third-party audits or alternative measurement methodologies.

Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All fees are in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

All software, content, designs, trademarks, and materials provided by GreenEye remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform solely for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of your data uploaded to the platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenEye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms or engage in any behavior that could harm our service, other users, or our business reputation.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow you to export it, after which it will be permanently deleted.
